About SamI have been practicing Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage for nearly 13 years. My life has become deeply enriched. It is more than just a massage for me ... it truly is a Way of Life.
My journey began in Sydney, Australia, at the Mind, Body, and Spirit Festival of September 1998. My partner was already a Lomi Lomi therapist and he invited me to help out on the Lomi stall.
As I saw how the therapists interacted with each other and their clients, I felt there was something more to life, true inner happiness, and it was reaching out for me to take hold of. I was overwhelmed by the connection so I booked myself into Level 1 and 2 at Mette Sorensen’s Institute of Bodywork and Personal Development. I completed Level 5 in April 2000.
Since 1998, I have worked as a freelance therapist promoting Lomi Lomi, mobile and spa-based, in the UK, Australia and the Caribbean. I now working on the Central Coast NSW, spreading the Spirit of Aloha with treatments, newsletters, a Healing Circle, Ohana-UK and Ohana-OZ.
